• Standard charge Rs. 200 for orders below threshold mentioned

3. Order Processing

• Orders dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation
• COD orders processed after placement and confirmed via SMS/email/Whatsapp

• Tracking number provided via email/SMS/whatsapp when dispatched
• Delivery updates accessible via courier portal, my account on website and track order page on the website

5. Delivery Issues

• If address is incomplete or wrong, customer is contacted; unclaimed parcels returned
