Please read carefully; by using Tinge & Tone you agree to these terms.

1. General

• You must be legal age to purchase
• Website content remains our intellectual property

2. Account & Order Acceptance

• Orders accepted subject to availability
• We may refuse or cancel order for any reason (fraud, stock issues)

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices in PKR and may be updated at any time
• Payment methods: COD (Cash On Delivery), Advance Payment will be accepted through banking channel or easypaisa in agreement with both parties and confirmation receipt from bank/easypaisa system.
• Prices are exclusive of government taxes

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery charges calculated at checkout
• We use Leopards Courier Service any other courier service provided including Postal Services for national coverage
• Delays due to courier issues are beyond our control
• Customer responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery address

5. Return & Exchange 

• Unlike return/refund policy, we offer store-credit wallet for advance payment order returns only, within 3 days if flyer is sealed, however return shipping charges will be payed by the customer.
• Customer support must be contacted within 3 days

6. Cancellations

• You can reach out to our customer support for order cancellations before dispatch; once dispatched, we follow our standard return policy

7. Liability

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• Our maximum liability limited to the order value

8. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by Pakistani law; disputes subject to Islamabad courts only

9. Changes

• We may modify terms at any time; changes become effective upon posting
• It’s your responsibility to review periodically
